Red Cat’s ARACHNID™ family of ISR and precision effects solutions will provide the industry with an alternative to conventional ISR/effects systems on the market that are high cost and non-retrievable. Red Cat’s sensor-to-shooter (S2S) system for identifying targets with optional precision effects capabilities is differentiated from other systems with its low cost portable drones. The objective of this new family of systems is to meet the increasingly urgent need of the Pentagon’s Replicator Initiative for swarms of low-cost “attritable” ISR and surgical strike drones deployable in air, land, sea, and sub-sea environments.

Short Range Reconnaissance
Black Widow™, winner of the US Army Short Range Reconnaissance (SRR) Program, is a small, tactical quadrotor drone that is rucksack portable, field-repairable, and designed to provide critical ISR to the front-line warfighter. Equipped with the Teledyne Flir Hadron 640R+ Day/Night Sensor, the Black Widow has an endurance of 45+ minutes and a link range of 5 mi (8 km). The drone is also AI-enabled with capabilities such as visual navigation, aided target recognition, and 3D mapping
FPV Technology

FANG™ FPV, (under development and undergoing Blue UAS certification), will add precision effects capabilities to the ARACHNID™ Family of Systems. Warfighters can combine and deploy ”First Person View” systems with kinetic payloads and additional ISR drones, based on the mission profile, enabling a low-cost, portable, and recoverable kill chain. End-users can select the capabilities they need from the system kit and, through a common ground control interface (ATAK), operate a variety of battle-ready solutions reducing cognitive load and enhancing operator safety.
Warfighter Electronic Bridge (WEB ™)
WEB ™ is uniquely designed to command and control the ARACHNID™ Family of Systems for defense and security operations. In development with Booz Allen Hamilton, Red Cat has implemented an, ”industry-first”, UAS Tool interface, through ATAK, that provides seamless integration and mission-management capabilities, enhancing efficiency, cognitive load, and situational awareness. Additionally, WEB™ comes standard with a NettWarrior interface and can be configured and function as a stand-alone Universal GCS for multi-domain platforms, including ground robotics, offering a versatile and secure control solution.
